We are looking for a Senior Technial Customer Support Specialist to join RavenPack’s Customer Success team in Marbella.

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will work with the Sales and Customer Support teams, supporting a global client base consisting of the world’s top banks and hedge funds.


Responsibilities as a Senior Customer Support Specialist:

  • Supporting both new trials and our existing clients by developing a thorough understanding of our API products and service offerings
  • Write Python scripts to help enhance and troubleshoot customer interactions in connecting, retrieving, and managing data with the RavenPack API
  • Creating scripts that mirror typical client workflows in order to improve onboarding and debugging efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance to customers using tools such as Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company


    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated expertise in writing Python code, capable of efficiently developing solutions to complex problems
    • Proficiency in working with development frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit
    • Experience with Python-specific tooling and concepts like Pydantic & Poetry.
    • Proven ability to investigate and provide thorough yet concise answers to clients' intricate questions, showcasing a strong problem-solving aptitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients
    • Natural aptitude for troubleshooting, coupled with prior experience in collaborating across different teams to resolve technical issues efficiently


      Desirable:

      • Previous experience working in a fintech or a SaaS company.

          We’re looking for

          RavenPack is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our Finance Department in Marbella. You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and you will collaborate with the Sales, Client Services, Account Management and PMO departments.

          The ideal candidate will analyze and report financial, sales, and company-wide data using business intelligence tools to improve processes, creating dashboards, KPI and other metrics. We are looking for a professional with a high level of English both, spoken and written.

          Responsibilities

          Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

          • Independently analyze financial, sales, and company-wide data using business intelligence tools to improve processes, identify patterns and trends, and drive strategic decisions.

          • Build and analyze dashboards, key performance indicators, and other recognized metrics to track financial, sales, and market trends, enhancing data-driven decisions.

          • Leverage data analytics techniques and visualization tools to reconcile, analyze and transform raw data into meaningful insights.

          • Analysis of reporting & analytics business requirements and translation into functional and technical solution specifications.

          • Analysis of deviations, action plans, and countermeasures proposals.

          • Efficiently address business intelligence queries with detailed, organized responses.

          • Provide end-user support/training for global reporting needs.

          • Documenting end-to-end delivery processes of new applications/features to maximize repeatability and scalability.

          • Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and resolve financial issues.


          Requirements

          • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.

          • Ideally 5+ years of professional experience, related to several areas such as Controlling, Business Analyst, Business Planning, Data Analytics, FP&A or Reporting.

          • Proficiency with Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of database management is a plus.

          • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

          • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

          • Effectively manage and prioritize time across multiple projects simultaneously

          • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

          • Strong drive for excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

          • Fluent in Spanish and excellent command of English, both in writing and verbal.

          • Solid work ethic and strong dedication to excellence & delivering results.

          • Fast learner - able to learn new programs and skills quickly

          • Eligibility to work in Spain.

          What You'll Do:

          • Apply vision, strategy, and thought leadership for our mobile Apps

          • Build and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, influencing and elevating outcomes

          What You'll Need:

          • Technical Skill: 5+ in Product Management for Mobile Apps

          • Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, or financial services

                About the Role

                RavenPack is hiring a Head of Product Management for building a Data store/marketplace experience on Bigdata.com. The data store is a fundamental part of our Bigdata strategy and this role requires experience both in building the store, creating diverse content sets, and generating revenue. In this strategic role, you will have exposure to the business and leadership team, will be responsible for high-impact decisions and growth initiatives that are encouraged to drive material change for the company.

                Your primary initiative will be to build a data store/shop experience that allows our customers to find and purchase content sets which improve their experience on our platform. You will also be responsible for integrating new content sets from external providers, working with a team of experts to have this ingested into the platform and made available on the store. The role will initially be very hands-on and requires deep knowledge of working with data and online shopping. You will be given lots of freedom to run with this project, and will eventually be expected to build a team. You will also be expected to source new data products that can be further integrated and enhance the overall experience.

                You will work across the firm to sync the teams responsible for building and integrating the new system into a larger productivity platform.                 Your Responsibilities

                • Apply vision, strategy, and thought leadership for our Data Store

                • Lead a cross functional team to design and build a Store experience for the core data platform

                • Driving the overall strategy and execution to ensure the data store’s success

                • Oversee the end-to-end store operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.

                • Partner with corporate strategy and legal teams to license new content.

                • Collaborate with content creators, data providers, and internal teams to onboard content into RavenPack’s data pipelines, ensuring a diverse and high-quality product offering.

                What Will You Do?

                • Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines to collect, process, and transform large volumes of unstructured data from diverse sources into our new index.

                • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

                What Must You Have?
